$128,495??? That's a lot of cash. The Nissan GT-R is better in my opinion. Better for performance and sportiness, but the BMW probably is better for being a daily driver.

Me, I couldn't afford that car or any new car from BMW. Way out of my budget.

And see, that's the way I see Audi's. They are very, very nice cars but for the money it's just too much. They also hold their value well too. I need to hit the lotto to spend that kind of money.

I hear you. I love Audi/BMW as much as the next person, but this is where I can't help but give Chevy a little props as the years go on when it comes to their Corvette. A 09 Z06 at 60-70kish gets you a sexy/aggressive looking whip which puts out 505hp/470tq. That's alot of HP per buck. May not be as "exotic" but quite the vehicle for the price when you compare cars in it's range.

Yep, that's true. I will say you can get a 09 Corvette Z06 for about 10k cheaper than what you said. My cousin and uncle both have Vettes and for what they are they ride pretty good. With me having a family I could never get one, but if I did I would aim for that ZR1. To me those are the best looking Corvettes made.

Yeah I was going by Canadian pricing, and agreed on the ZR1.

Why do you guys pay European prices anyways is it luxury taxes or?

Honestly bro that's why we've been trying to find out for years. It's not even the built in Germany tax (you really only see that when importing), it's with any brand. Even when the Canadian dollar was par with the US for that run a few years back, people were forced to go south of the border as manufacturers weren't altering their prices in Canada. Got to the point where almost everyone in T.O. was heading to Buffalo but getting refused to buy cars, lol. Hell the Chrysler plant is down the street from me and the Acura plant for the CSX and a few of their other cars are also west of Toronto and we still pay more than the US. I remember a friend of mine posting a picture of someone buying an Acura CSX in Hawaii, their freight was like $500 (coming from Toronto) and a person buying a CSX in Toronto, the freight was like $2000.00. How?! :snoop:
