A good 70 percent of the arena was closed off. The hard camera area was entirely blocked off, and an area near the entrance ramp was blocked off. The good seats ($1,000 ones: a few people admitted it) only had about 40-50 people in it. Overall, only one side was full and that was the right side of the arena, opposite of the hard camera side. The arena can fit a good number of people, but TNA only averaged at most maybe 900-1,200 people. For TNA, this had really no population compared to other pay-per-views.

:dead: @ paying $1000 for "good seats" in an empty arena

i dunno who took the bigger L

That's a small W for TNA if they got even a decent percentage of those 50 people to fork over a grand for tickets

so wrestlers shouldn't give full effort because it's not a packed crowd? They should hold back, so there's even more to complain about? :heh:

I saw a dude on YouTube he bought this. He was stalking wrestlers at the pool of the hotel :heh: the wrestlers actually staying in the same hotel as the people who bought the travel packages.

:dead: This event just gets sadder by the minute.

Definitely want to keep it professional and give the fans who showed up their money's worth. Just sad that they have to. In March, they did a reported 6,700 for Lockdown. Now we have people saying they'd be surprised if they had 1,000 fans at BFG. There's so many things wrong with that...beyond just bad booking.

Honestly I always saw Lockdown as their "WrestleMania" but the fact that they didn't have all of their matches in a cage this year makes me not think that anymore

This was my first live event ever, having been a wrestling fan for over a decade. A few high and lowlights. Ultimate X was very disappointing and I was really looking forward to it too. Jeff Hardy got a pop introducing the ladder, but they effectively killed and buried the whole gimmick in the process.

-The BroMans? Really TNA? Really?

-Kurt Angle vs Bobby Roode was match of the night, despite the slightly anticlimactic finish. This match fired the crowd up!

-Blah debut for EC3. Interesting to see him utilize Dean Ambrose's finisher. Wonder if he picked that up in NXT.

-Wow, the crowd crapped all over Sting vs Magnus. The chants included "We Want Hogan" (with a hilarious callback of "No We Don't!") and "We Want Spidey" directed to a guy in the fifth row dressed entirely as Spider-Man. Disappointing match.

-Luckily the main event was great. AJ Styles' 450 through the table was amazing. Odd that Bully's supposed resurrection of Aces & 8's never took place, nor did his mystery backup seem compelled to help him retain..

-AJ celebrating in the crowd was great. It was odd that his entrance music never changed from his "Evil Ways" song despite the "Get Ready to Fly" graphics appearing.
After the show, a stagehand gave a little boy a piece of the broken table at ringside. Cute gesture.

Despite my complaints, I had an amazing time

Biggest Pops: AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, Austin Aries, Kurt Angle and Sting

Most Heat: Dixie Carter (easily), Bully Ray and (surprisingly) Magnus

IDGAF (no reactions at all): Manik and EC3

But after a few minutes of graphic pornographic action — in which male participants offered their aroused members to females awaiting on the other side of a partition equipped with a “glory hole” — Ward finally realized his mistake.
