In high school, I ran a 4.6

The last time I tested my 40 was about 3 years ago.Mind you, I haven't played ANY sports in about 6 years. No jogging or none of that.

I was tagging along with my brother who was preparing for some football league.Him and a few of his boys would meet up at the local community college to work out and run sprints.

I mostly sat in the bleachers or chucked the football around a lil bit.

One of his boys brought their pops with him and he started making them run 40 times.

Watching them nikkaz run got my competitive juices flowing nh.

The nikkaz pops was kinda arrogant, though. When I asked that nikka to time me, he looked at me like:shaq2:....I guess because I wasn't participating in any of the other drills. He might've thought I was a slacker or some shyt.

I'm thinking "fukk what he's on:dahell:" standing 40 yards away, just waitng on my signal.

GO!!

Took off and just felt the:flabbynsick: right out the breaks.nikkaz on the sideline looking at me like i'm in danger or some shyt.

Pops didn't even yell out my time as I passed the 40 yard mark.nikka just looked at me like:beli:..said "sheeeiiiiiitttttt" and walked away.I had to jog up next to that nikka just to see my time.Still with the :beli:face, he flipped his wrist and showed me the stop watch

5.01

:to:

It wasn't that I was over weight(only weighed 180 pounds on a 6'3 frame) I just wasn't doing any physical activity.I'm quite sure I can get that down to a 4.7 if I wanted to.Even then, I've always been faster in pads anyways:mjpls:

I raced my boy a few months ago to his mailbox on some see who's faster type shyt. I haven't run at my current weight (45lbs heavier) compared to what I was when I used to run. I started out the blocks great but halfway through the race I hit the Larry Holmes Gardens wall and my legs were like :comeon: you know your ass too heavy to get up like you used to.

did any of yall see this? :pachaha: religious people always baffle me
Running backs worked out Sunday at the NFL Combine but San Diego State junior Adam Muema was not among them.

That's because he left the workout early, citing God's plan for him, according to a report from Michael Gelkhen of U-T San Diego.

Speaking to Gelkhen from the Indianapolis International Airport, Muema said that he was "following God" who told him that his dream of playing for the Seattle Seahawks would come true if he left.

The reigning Super Bowl champs might be a particularly tough roster to make given the presence of Marshawn Lynch, quality backup Robert Turbin and the fact that they used their first pick of last year's draft on former Texas A&M running back Christine Michael, who head coach Pete Carroll characterized this week as the team's best "breakout" candidate.

Muema, currently NFLDraftScout.com's 30th rated running back, was given a 4th to 7th round projection from the NFL Advisory Committee according to the report. The 5-foot-9, 205-pounder has good quickness and lateral agility. He does not possess ideal speed or power and projects best as a chance-of-pace back.

The fourth all-time lead rusher in school history with 2,955 yards and 34 touchdowns, including 1,244 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2013 despite being hampered early with an ankle injury. He's only the fourth Aztec -- behind Marshall Faulk, Paul Hewitt and Ronnie Hillman -- to ever put up multiple 1,000-yard seasons.

Muema is expected to work out at San Diego State's Pro Day.

I hope Pete throw this nikka a bone or else he gonna lose all his faith...oh wait no he won't he'll just say it wasn't god's plan for him to play with the seahawks :heh:

Clowney gonna be a man without a position at 266. Would have preferred he come in at 275 and run a 4.6

Anyway, I wouldn't take him #1. Combines can't measure heart and motor which he lacks at times on tape.

I think if you have a defensive line with JJ Watt coming at you on one side, and Clowney coming at you on the other...that's too potentially devastating to pass up for Johnny "this shyt might not translate" Manziel, or Teddy "good but not great" Bridgewater.
