18. New York Jets (8-8): Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech.

The Jets would love to nab one of the top three receivers in this draft — on paper, Watkins, Evans or Lee. Short of that, they could turn their focus to one of the two new-breed tight ends: Ebron or Amaro. With Ebron off the board, the Jets here nab Texas Tech’s standout. Amaro bamboozled defenses as a matchup problem all season, and Geno Smith would learn quickly to love him as a target.

Personally, I would go with Austin Seferian-Jenkins before Amaro. He and Ebron are ranked 1-2 for me as the TEs in this draft.

Every year the closer it gets to draft day the teams that don't have a QB get desperate and that's when teams start to reach for one. Look at EJ manuel with Buffalo

Anyone who thinks or ever thought Johnny manziel isn't gonna be a high pick is fooling themselves. Id be shocked if he wasn't a top ten pick this year

No running back with a 1st rd grade this year either huh?

The position is becoming obsolete. Plug and play position at this point. Its a waste to draft a rb with the top pick. Look at the last rbs drafted in the first and you'll see why. Struggle cuts pretty much put the nail in the coffin.

None of those players will get you anywhere. I know that. I'm sure you're a good fan for your team but you're greatly offbase if you place faith in Henne or Aaron Murray taking you anywhere.
:ohhh:

*keeps note that plenty of these players will you get you somewhere*

breh trust me i saw chase play live last year at school, this dude is the truth.

Im talking jimmy graham type player breh, only downside is that hes never really blocked anybody but he plays like an over sized wide receiver.

Absolutely ZERO chance the Falcons take a LB with our first pick, we either trade down for Robinson outta Auburn and another 1st or 2nd round pick or trade up for Matthews. This Mock :camby:
I don't know about that breh

This is a horrible mock no way Raiders would pass on Sammy or Barr

No way jags taking Johnny if they go qb it will be Blake or Carr

I think raiders will trade up for clowney
Dont ask me why but i'm hoping one of these potentially elite WR's fall to the Dolphins. I know OL is priority 1,2,3,4 and 5 right now but I am hoping we can spend big in freeAgency for OL.

Yeah I know.. i'm on crack

21. Green Bay Packers (8-7-1): Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville.

Clinton-Dix would be the ideal choice here. Since he’s headed elsewhere in the NFC North in this mock, the Packers turn to door No. 2. Or possibly door No. 3, depending on where you stand on Florida State’s 5-8 product, Lamarcus Joyner.

There’s no question that Green Bay has to improve at the safety position. Pryor, who recently announced he was entering the draft, will be a player you’ll hear more and more about as May approaches. He brings the hammer from the defensive backfield.

Doubt this guy goes first round. I could see Hageman here for GB as Raji and Pickett are both free agents and we may lose both of them.
