Man if he is somehow still at #9, Bills should run and take him, Woods, Watkins, and Goodwin as the deep threat![]()
Was about to say Watkins would be perfect in Buffalo.

And he said his favorite team growing up was the Bills![]()

I disagree with that assessment completely. Logan can be a NFL QB. Very good deep ball, can break tackles, tall and big, can take a hit. Accounted for over 70% of his team's offense in the last two years.
I don't see him as a TE prospect either. But you are entitled to you opinion.
I feel what you are saying and it's clear that he has the talent to succeed but if his heart is not into being a quarterback than he shouldn't be playing the position then.He did a pretty good job considering the circumstances. Even his coaches and teammates believe he's a good QB prospect. If I am a team, I clearly won't rate him to Matt Ryan. But moreso like Big Ben or Flacco. I see why some scouts like him. For good reasons too. He has the tools, the velocity you look for in a deep ball threat. He has the work ethic. He is a leader. He has the size and can break tackles. He is good QB prospect. He isn't a cerebral QB prospect like Bridgewater but look who won some of the last ten Super Bowls. Flacco once and Big Ben twice. So clearly that type of QB is valued in the NFL.
From his coaches, teammates, and scouts around the program, his heart is in the position and to succeed. He has support from Beamer on down to the OL. You can't compare him to Tom Brady or Matt Ryan, he never going to be that type of QB. You have to look at Big Ben and Flacco. That's his league of comparisons.I feel what you are saying and it's clear that he has the talent to succeed but if his heart is not into being a quarterback than he shouldn't be playing the position then.
But what has Logan Thomas said about wanting to play the position? fukk what his coaches and scouts say. From his coaches, teammates, and scouts around the program, his heart is in the position and to succeed. A recent quote via the WP.But what has Logan Thomas said about wanting to play the position? fukk what his coaches and scouts say.
It allowed him to connect with first-year offensive coordinator Scot Loeffler, a quarterback guru who clicked with Thomas from the start.
The Hokies’ overall offense was statistically worse than a year ago, but Thomas’s passer efficiency rating and completion percentage both improved. He had not played in a passing scheme based on progression reads and did it with an inexperienced supporting cast around him.
“This year, especially, was fun for me because I feel I learned the game of football the way it’s supposed to be learned. I picked up things about protection and stuff I didn’t know existed,” said Thomas, one of six quarterbacks to accept an invitation to next month’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.
“Me and [Loeffler] have talked about it, and he said, ‘If I had had you for three or four years, you would have been gone already and you’d have been a first-round pick.’ I can’t say I would. Can’t say I wouldn’t. Obviously didn’t have him. I think I made such a jump this year. I think he’s right.”
That is one of the things he can do in fit the ball into a tight window. 60% completion rate for the type of QB he is with the cast he has isn't all that bad. He isn't in one of the QB friendly offenses. VT offense has never been known for being QB friendly.don't see this at all
Thomas has zero accuracy...he can't fit the ball into tight windows...he'd get destroyed by NFL secondaries
he can't even complete 60% of his passes in college...smh
Can't blame them, most never watch Bridgewater and they know Johnny and know most Football fans know Johnny. They truly love him and feel insulted that a Black QB is seen as better than him. It's a mix of cism, not knowing, and denial.Had a A&M fan trying to convince me that Johnny Football is a lock to be a good QB while Bridgewater won't be good in the league
