@Jamal read that. It was player elected vs team elected (team chooses the term in this scenario). Subban went in with I think 8.25 and Montreal said 5.25. Ultimately I think the judge will say at least 6 if not 7 for next season. Would be surprised if it's less than 6 in all honesty.

These cheap Canadian a$$holes delaying paying him. Hope they fukk it up and lose him next offseason to a massive offer sheet or having to go to arbitration again and makes Subban a UFA the year after that.

If I wasn't a Hab fan I'd be hoping for the same thing. Subban is the first real superstar(that wasn't a goalie) we've had since Guy Lafleur and these two fukkboys Bergevin and Michel Therrien are actively trying to drive him out of town. If he does get traded, they are gonna have to go into hiding because PK is easily the most popular person in the city.

Doubt he gets traded. Although offer sheet or free agency is a scary prospect. Especially UFA in 2016 when him and Stamkos are both UFAs and Toronto has made it known that they wanna bring home an Ontario native. Stamkos is already on record of saying how playing back in Toronto would mean a lot to him (this whole Lebron coming home thing all of a sudden makes everyone wanna go home) and recently Subban didn't shy away of talking about playing home.

Bergevin recently fukked up arbitration with Lars Eller (low balled him too at 1.5 mil). Fortunately for him, Lars looked past all that on his new extension.

Bergevin is definitely playing with fire in this situation. Someone said on another forum how PK is gonna keep track of all this bullshyt he's dealt with with Montreal when the big $ time becomes inevitable (UFA or next offseason)
