Everywhere...You never there.
the critical mistake lorenzo ward made was not keeping brison williams at safety. the lack of talent/youth at de and youth at corner are things that are nearly impossible to scheme around. the defense has been bad this year, but this is a team that finds ways to lose games. spurrier teams in general are just way too finesse, and even with a good to great defense in a close game spurrier will abandon the run for no good reason and put the team in position to lose. maybe this was just a one year regression, but it feels way too much like the 2005-2009 spurrier teams. qb's who choke in the clutch and/or a terrible defense depending on the week.

credit to those purple orange bums, they've become the more physical team and it showed. committed to the run and stopped the run, dominated the line of scrimmage.

Good points... they are so incredibly young. But the lack of discipline and assignment football and gap coverage and tackling (tackling has nearly always been a problem in the Spurrier era... the D is good for big hits, but fundamental wrap up tackling... :usure:) is in part a coaching issue.

Lorenzo gotta go man. But I can't let Spurrier off the hook. there are times where he's done just what you said. Discipline has never been a strong point of Spurrier coached SC teams.

Oh yeah, you're also right... OLine and Dline are horrible.

SEC used to have Stafford, Cam, Manziel

Now they got Bo Wallace, Treon Harris/Jeff Driskel, whichever receiver LSU got running QB, Hutson Mason, etc

Sad state of affairs. Sims is pretty good. Dylan even put up numbers behind a garbage OLine at SC. But the SEC hasn't really been known, as of late especially, as a conference that produces high Quality, pro level QBs.

I even thought Aaron Murray was decent...he had a pretty good arm and made the occasional NFL throw but now...smh Sims is coming around tho youre right

Glad you're happy from a win that was damn near a foregone conclusion anyway. :salute:

You won't diminish the joy of a rivalry win. I could care less if y'all were Prairie View status from the early 2000's...versus your rival you throw that crap out of the window. If Cole was at QB we would have either barely won or lost... :yeshrug:

:takedat:

:blessed:
