the fukk how? A RECEIVER CARRIED an offense. An offense that produced and won. There's no doubt he carried that team on the offensive side of the ball. He put up insane numbers. Mariotta did his thing but it was Coop's award. QB's always get that shyt give to the best player even if he isn't a QB.

Cooper no doubt is having a beast of a season. But Mariota is having a historic season. To say Cooper is carrying Bama's offense like Mariota isnt carrying the Ducks offense is silly bruh.

I don't watch College football so I'm not gonna act like I know, so Im looking for clarification

Brandon Doughty had more passing yards, tds, sacked less and less than a percent less than Mariota in pass completion.

I'm going to assume the reason he wasn't in the race was because his division/opponents aren't as competitive.

Someone care to clarify?

is it easier for a QB to carry an offense or a WR?
I knew MM was gonna get it months ago but it was Coop's award. Just tired of other players never getting their just due cause they don't touch the ball every play or play the pretty position of QB. the QB ain't always the best player on the field

I watched a couple Ducks games. Carrying your squad as a WR is harder to do than as a QB. MM has the ball in his hands every play, he's gonna get an opportunity every down to make something happen. I know their line was shyt this year he played lights out I give him that and have said that in the past many times. but Amari is the reason bama offense goes touching the ball less than marcus. it's EASY for a QB to make an impact harder for a WR to. Watch how much bama o depends on him More than MM
