Over the past year and a half Saban has become a lot more personable. he's doing TV commercials with humoristic tones, he's laughed more in interviews, and just been alot more open and human in public than he's ever been....and now he's lost 3 games in a matter months.

As opposed to like 09-12 when Bama was straight up dominant and he never appeared happy or showed any personality and pretty much kept the face even when winning titles.


Are any of the Bama fans saying Saban has gotten soft? I don't think he has, but I can see the argument being made.

I think he slippin on the coaching and scheming end. I think (idk for sure) he's giving Kirby more control. Dude also get too damn stubborn and conservative.
But also this is a young team. Losing is ok but losing to a bo Wallace led team is not.

You see, Florida never actually offered Gaines a scholarship. According to Nash Central's athletic director, Gaines was "catfished" by a person who was pretending to be Florida Gators assistant coach Brad Lawing on Twitter.

If there's a silver lining, it's that Gaines has offers from Miami, Duke, and others. So Gaines' ceremony might've just been a bit premature.
