Yeah Troy Smith by far was better than Pryor or Miller, Barrett has a chance to grow over the next few years. Taylor in that pic look like he about to wing it 70 yards.

troy smith had to deal with a much more brutal big ten and he was a beast. Neither pryor or miller were subpar though...Smith was outstanding and the contrast between Troy Smith and Chad Henne made for some entertaining teams. SMH @ JUSTIN ZWICK almost not making that possible

This is why we need 8 teams, like ASAP.

Every school can't be in the SEC. So if you're gonna prop the SEC at the top in the rankings/polls then there's NEVER going to be room for anyone else. If Miss St/Miss go back to the bottom, they'll prop up LSU, and Georgia. It's just a continuous circle.

It's not fair to assume the other Big 4 confs are garbage so they all need to be undefeated just to compete for a playoff spot, yet give the SEC schools a 1 game loss cushion.

Let it go to 8 so if the SEC schools are at the top then they have to prove it by beating other conferences in a playoff game

They don't really care about finding the best team

An 8 team playoff would probably put 5 SEC teams in but at least there'd be 3 non SEC schools, as opposed to possibly just 1
