CSU & Marshall both need help, but Marshall can get in a New Year's bowl I think
As much as they can Marshall controls thier destiny. CSU needs Boise to take some Ls

marshall doesn't control anything, the committee doesn't even like them, zero quality wins. A one or even two loss non power 5 team will be in that new years bowl before marshall.
Remember again the new years bowl for the non power 5 = highest ranked conference champion
it doesn't matter if colorado state is ranked higher than marshall/boise state/east carolina if boise continues winning they will win out
marshalls only hope is to win out and have boise, colorado state/ east carolina take more L's along the way
boise remaining schedule is easy
2 home games against san diego state and utah state (boise aint losing on teh blue turf) and @ wyoming a garbage ass team
conference title game agaiinst nevada or san diego state and the game is held at the highest ranking stadium ala bronco stadium

nobody even talked about Clemson or are you getting indirectly offended because I shyt on FSU's schedule. EVEN IF Clemson was really good this year (and they are good on the defensive end, i'm not disputing that), 1-2 teams a schedule does not make. I agree a good clemson team could beat the teams I listed, but I wouldn't be super confident about them hanging with many of these SEC west teams (if that's also what you meant)Yes, there were a lot of drops, but there was a lot of good coverage and great run defense. There's a lot of trying to slight teams and getting defensive to make yourself feel better about a lack of competition in the conference because that's an indisputable fact that the SEC holds over other conferences. Even with Watson and others healthy, i don't think Clemson is moving the ball easy on either LSU or Alabama. Though I would take Watson over Jennings in a heartbeat though you do get attached to players on teams you support.
And with you sounding so defensive about a team I didn't even mention, i wouldn't mind yall taking that L @ Georgia Tech this Saturday
