The most interesting placement of all on that list to me is CAL

how are you so high in recruiting but performing so bad? They've become a disgrace really

Welcome to my world. Imagine seeing all of that Cal talent playing on Sunday the day after we got blown out by Stanford. CJ Anderson was balling on the Broncos. That's not a surprise. He was always talented with GREAT vision and he was 3rd on Cal's depth chart. Tedford got burnt out around then and our problem now is the AD decided to replace him with the coach of Louisiana Tech instead of getting a big name....but to answer your question recruiting to Cal is like shooting fish in a barrel (it's in the Bay, the campus is gorgeous, the school's academically prestigious, there's pockets of bad broads outside of campus), but the people that run the school generally pick goofy coaches and when they have a good one they run him into the ground with Rose bowl expectations

Offensively they're not terrible. Last year, I wanted to punch the TV because he was out there throwing 60 times a game with a freshman QB while also pissing off our star RB at the time and alienating every single one of our good defensive players......and a 5 star QB that Tedford recruited from the year before. 20+ players transferred his first year. Cal could be a fukking powerhouse, but they become smart people doing dumb shyt when it comes to football
