The majority of the SEC West is using some type of spread offense though(Ole Miss, MSU, Auburn, A&M) with good success.if he has big numbers in the SEC, they can't ignore him.
It's a double edged sword. ESPn and the media have made a monster of SEC hype. So now, if a guy comes in and throws for 400 yards a game, they have to acknowledge it. Remember none of these "gimmicky" offenses are supposed to work against SEC defenses.

Yeah we know this. Florida won 2 nat titles with a spread......BUT there's a difference between that and the Big 12 type of spread of which you saw much of from A&M last night. The quick swing passes in the flat, the quick slants, the slashing off-tacke runs out of the spread.
