i agree with you but i don't see it as a sickness (the system is an disease not the people) because the brothers and sisters who walks the path of the whites are brainwashed and you can reverse this brainwashing but it's too late for them to come back because their view on their own kind is stuck forever

Now, I disagree with this. I think black identity development is fluid and can change with the right education and experiences. I've seen it. People will go from self-hate to consciousness and action. They may not always stay there, but you don't have to stay stuck.
