Has nothing to do with it. It's the same type of offense that they struggle against. That spread read shyt causes the blitzers Narduzzi typically sends to hesitate, and if you have the speed at your 2nd or 3rd wr spot then the safeties can be exposed by the slot man since they are always gonna be left on an island deep in coverage. Same thing happened with OSU and Oregon. Waynes will hold his man down but Drummond and the other safeties will be food if the qb has time and can make the throws. Clearly Petti can.
