i think he was at his absolute worst as a rapper on TML.
This is what he gets for coming in passing off every lyric like it was his, so in short form, yes.
honestly he's one of the best spitters these days. Most rappers today wouldn't sound as good as he did on 0 to 100 for example.
His voice matured so he probably became smoother to listen to after but I wouldn't say so. But it's also ironic that as you think he's gotten better each album, each album there's been more people around him.
You can't be the best spitter when your pen is in question.

Well for me it's a downward slope since TML and it was one of those things we turned a blind eye to cause he was prolific and there was no receipts but now that there's reference tracks
