the magic can and should match his offer. I'm not sure how much money he'll get offered. that Heyward deal got me all confused about what certain players are worth.

Yeah but Gordon proved it this season. I was think the same thing when MJ was going for him and Born Ready.

I just don't think Harris is going to come back to orlando. I personally think that Harris is a knick tbh. He was born there and I think he is ready for the spotlight. Him doing the NBA combine interviews and press lets me know he kinda wants to be in the light. The garden is the perfect place for him.

Due to him being restricted it's not necessarily up to him, if he signs an offer sheet with the Knicks and the Magic decide to match it, there's nothing he can do about it. It just depends on what the Magic do in the draft and how much they think Tobias is worth.

Ehh Gordan had slightly better numbers than Harris this year. but a guy who's never lead his team to the playoffs (or been apart of a playoff team) should never deserve a Max deal imo

yeah, I hear you on the knicks though. my only problem with him going to the Knicks. is why would the knicks want him? they already a got a way better version of him in Carmelo. unless they got plans to permanently move melo to the 4.

Uncertain grounds
The consensus among executives, scouts and agents is that Jackson will actively look to deal the fourth pick for a proven veteran. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but it shows that Jackson, who will turn 70 in September, is looking for a quick fix and doesn’t have the appetite for rebuilding. New York Daily News

However, Jackson has told several associates that he admires Cauley-Stein, an athletic big man who has drawn favorable comparisons to Chicago’s Joakim Noah, a former Defensive Player of the Year and All-Star.
Last summer, Jackson traded Tyson Chandler to Dallas and later said the Knicks need to find a player who does the things that Chandler does. That’s Cauley-Stein. New York Daily News

Yeah but who wants an unhappy player tho that doesn't wanna be there.

But Hayward is :mjpls: tho. Can't forget that. If these owners could they would give Jimmer Freddette a max :mjpls:

Him and melo can play together. Knicks need all the help they can get.

40+ wins = 7 seed or better :salute:

Teams don't really care, tbh. Eric Gordon wrote an open letter to New Orleans begging them not to match his offer sheet from Phoenix a few years ago and they did anyway, Jeff Teague didn't want the Hawks to match his offer sheet from the Bucks, Nic Batum didn't want the Blazers to match his deal with the Wolves a few years ago, it goes on.

If they match it he'll probably be upset at first but he'll have no choice but to get over it down the line.

true..good points. and judging from ig it seems like he likes hanging with his teammates.

And I think gordon will be fine. I think he damn near gonna be top 5 highest paid player in the league next year lol
