That's the quality I like about Derwin James going forward. I read a tweet yesterday from someone who saw him walking around at Junior Day, and they were floored at how much work he has visibly put in since enrolling. This year's team was clearly not dialed in....too many players protecting their futures. Jalen has a personality that won't allow him to play with one foot out the door this year. I'm mad MEJ didn't give FSU everything he had.

I assumed you figured this out by looking stuff up eventually, but apparently some teams hit his agent up because they were interested for him to play QB. Physically, he's one of the top 3 QBs, but then again that was never the issue. I never saw his throwing drills, but it sounds like he wasn't persuasive

I think its more about how weak the DB class is in this draft. no real players outside of Landon Collins and Jalen Collins.

he's the cant-miss dude from the 2015 class IMO. i can see guys like cowart and ivey for example being busts but if I had to bet my life on any of these 5 star dudes being stars in the NFL, it would be derwin james. he just comes off like a future all-pro.
