I will say though I hope he didnt drop in the draft just bc of the fumbilitis. He should have been the first back selected...his short quickness is elite as fukk.
If Gurley can shake the injuries he'll be nice but Gordon is underwhelming..
I agree, but the problem is that Payton tends to use Khiry as a "closer" in games (as he did with Ivory), whereas Spiller would be used in a role similar to Bush/Sproles, which Payton loves in his offense.
The only hope is that rookie Marcus Murphy steps up and fills the role until Spiller returns.
Ivory is great....one of the few Idzik moves the worked.
