Al Jeff is a good off the bench signing IMO. Hornets would have games last year when they were trying to protect a lead and milk out the clock and they would just feed him over and over in the post and dude would convert like crazy. Dude is basically like having a possession receiver that can pick up first downs for you in late game situations. He won't be relied on that heavy with them developing Myles Turner.
