1. Sap can be traded.
2. Hawks don't want to give Horford 5th year. (BTW, with 5th year, the Hawks max and the max another team can give him isn't that different. Only about $5 million difference.)
3. Hawks are meeting with Howard and Howard's camp is saying Hawks are his first choice.
