Biyombo is an elite rim protector and can actually finish a layup, I'd much rather have him than a 30 year old Noah who can't even dunk anymore.

The cap was supposed to be a means of the cheaper owners wanting to remain competitive with the ones who want to spend, while not having to spend. That's not gonna change .
