Perimeter defense without Delly and Shump though
when are we all gonna take a break from being fake surprised at these deals and realize most of these contracts will be easily tradable to teams not close to salary floor or teams who have signed bad deals this summer? 
Yeah these deals are horrible, but we've seen horrible deals get dealt all the time. Not like just one team is signing a bunch of guys to bad deals, it's spread out through the league so they can work with each other over the next 4 years

Nobody is gonna absorb a 3 or 4 year bad contract in a trade just to hit the salary floor

we'll miss Delly intense, consistent & annoying defense but honestly Shump has fallen off a bit on D & Offense.. he has too many mental lapses for my liking...Perimeter defense without Delly and Shump though
i mean JR was better then him on defense this season...
Not this year, but in a year or two when these salaries start getting closer to equal it wont be as bad.

Being a role player has always been the best job in the NBA because these GM's and owners don't know how to value mid tier players. They tie up so much of their cap getting players on 3-4 year deals when they could fill those positions with players on 1-2 year deals at the end of summers. Chandler Parsons is solid, but there are so many SF's who have a game similar to him that dont have injury history and won't have to pay 20mil plus. It only takes one team to fukk the market up and there are a lot of incompetent front offices, but bad deals will never stop happening because they can't help but just throw money at available players instead of changing your teams direction every other offseason
