I don't really think the Pacers should offer him a big contract, like I said they need someone to hit the 3 and defend gaurds to make up for the loss of Hill.
Lance needs the ball in hand to be effective but they will have PG-13, Teague and possibly Ellis handling the ball quite often
I think the Mavs and Nets could use him
The Nets could use a lot of help ATM but I have the feeling they might get Charlotte Lance with him
I'm aware of what the Pacers are looking for in regards to Stephenson if they sign him again. And Lance should get a decent contract in line with what the market dictates for SG of his tier are receiving in free agency, especially when factoring in that Stephenson is also a decent defender & can play either/both the 2 or 3.

With Lance's upside I would give him a similar type contract (3yr/33 million) with a 3rd year team option as he would be a great fit for a team who would/could give him a lot of minutes .

JJ is a known commodity, you know what you get with him and he'd provide veteran leadership to a young Jazz team. He's also the type of player GMs and coaches seem to love.
Opposed to Lance who seem like a knucklehead (at least he has this reputation).
