Wasn't no talk about Butler wanting out.

The talk came from the Bulls trading Rose and rumors that the Bulls wanted to start over and do a clean rebuild.

The talk was that we wanted Dunn. That's why there were reported talks about Butler going to Boston because most thought Boston was gonna take him for us.

Butler to Minny didn't start until they took Dunn.

And if we're rebuilding, why are we throwing in a future pick?

Butler to Minny talks started with Wiggins/#5 for Butler but thats because the Bulls wanted Dunn....The Butler to Boston talks stopped as soon as they picked Jaylen Brown...I also believe that the Noel/Okafor to Boston talks stopped at the same exact pick.

Yeah, the talks with Minny was because we wanted Dunn. There was nothing about Butler wanting out.
