GM isn't playing around. The Camaro ZL1 was the start of "new GM" performance. All of their performance cars since then have been killers. This won't be the exception. :wow:
:whoo:

A glorified Toyota Avalon

the 2016 camaro will be built on this ATS coupe chasis with the LT1, so hopefully the new camaro will weigh in about the same as this at 3600lbs, 200 less than the current model.

Doubt it. Cadillac pricing has been right up there with BMW as of late with no plans to adjust pricing even with disappointing sales.
Well I don't see why not, the 2014/CTS Vsport starts at $59,995, the ATSV being 10k cheaper sounds about right. But BMW's options are hands down pricer than any other car manufacturer besides Porsche.

Not to mention the standard options that comes with Cadillac are more plentiful than BMW.

Edit: hmm maybe you're right. I compared the CTS Vsport to the ATS V coupe. The CTS V coupe starts at $71k. So the ATS might be 60k. I'd be cool with the ATS Vsport that'll most likely be coming.

Don't think there's room for another motor in the already messy ATS product line. Only way would be if the Vsport is just a cosmetic addon much like the bmw msport models.

Damn now that I think about it you're right again lol. Though I don't think the product line is messy (compared to BMW crazy 3/4 series lineup it's definitely not). I guess the king of clean product lines is Audi (:wow:). But the reason why the CTS has the Vsport is because there no 2.5L engine offered, whereas the 2.5L is offered in the ATS.

I really really want to like it but somethings just not right
:patrice:
You right, and to me its that rear quarter panel, it's like they forgot to do design work on it. Add in a few more cuts and this shyt's a beast.

How you put all them cuts in the front of the car and make the back look like 2001 honda accord :scusthov:

The front and hood do not match the rear

Cadillac needs to get rid of that bullshyt CUE system already. I literally wont consider one because of it

CUE is still garbage though

Have yall ever used the CUE system for more than a few minutes? I know the magazines try and shyt on it, and they're even starting to back pedal, but theres nothing wrong with it. The ONLY complaint I have is the lack of updates and the voice commands (the voice recognition is a piece of shyt). Otherwise its all good.

You want physical buttons? I probably 95% of the time use the steering wheel volume buttons just because of the convenience. And how often are you change temperature? Not very.

And this is coming from someone is the 2013 CUE not the 2014 or '15. I bet those shyts are smooth as ice.

Touch screens are the future.

Breh I need steering wheel controls but also distinctive buttons on the console i can touch without looking. I get that something like the screen in the Model S is the "future" but most carmakers aren't touching those for a loooooooong time.

I am constantly changing my temperature

:scumbag: @ downplaying something so basic.

What do touchscrens do that buttons can't? I can change my radio/HVAC w/o looking at it. So just off that touchscreens are worse. I can see touch screens for shyt like navigation but for everything? :scust:

I guess its just a difference of opinion because many people have no issues with the touch screen:yeshrug:

I do it so much now, I don't have to look to turn the air out. You can develop a habit with anything really.

Why are you CONSTANTLY changing your temp? I don't feel that's the case for the majority of people. This is a difference of opinion, not facts that the software or setup is bullshyt. If there was an inherent design or software flaw I could rock with that, but no. Thousands of people who have bought an SRX, CTS, Escalade, ATS, all have no issues.

Do you not look down at your phone ever so often?

And like I said above, I've done it so often now I can turn to air on/off without even looking.

Not constantly, but maybe once every like 20 minutes

And I only look at my phone to change my music. If I had a head unit with screen mirroring I would use that.

Making basic shyt like temperature touch screen is just bad design. Im not just shytting on Cadillac for that either, a lot of companies are jumping on that bullshyt wave.
