you ain't lyin.

Had a soccer ball kicked at me. Seen Villa make a goal. The ending sucked, but they're an expansion team so I wasn't trippin.

They're talking about maybe building NYCFC's main spot where Columbia University plays their games at Inwood. Once they get that, that spot is gonna be a zoo.
how the hell will they accommodate that up by 218th? I assume they'll have to tear some things down in order to make it happen.

they're talking about tearing down Kraft Field to remake it into a soccer stadium for NYCFC /Football for Columbia.

Great location though.

Breh I went to my first NYCFC game on Sunday and that shyt was LIT!

Whole vibe felt less stuffy and corporate than a Yankee game even tho it's the same building. That soccer crowd is on a whole other level. If/ when the MLS gets some top tier talent, the league really gonna have its own lane

Will never happen....

Agree on the fans and the atmosphere working there, also the fans are nicer and aren't stuck up and entitled like some Yankee fans are when they have ticketing/customer issues and complaints

Location-wise, Yankee stadium seems more accessible but I'm sure playing in a baseball stadium isn't the more feasible thing. But there just isn't any place to put a soccer stadium near where they are now. I mean, in that area,
you have some of the older Yankee stadium parking lots that clearly aren't being used but I feel like building another stadium will fukk the community over again just like when new Yankee stadium was built. A million promises get made and the community (who untimely is affected the most) doesn't get much back from being inconvenienced

Am I the only one that thinks Yankee brass overestimates our love for Gardner? A lot of us would love to get rid of him.

Front office needs to offload ALOT of these cats. Chapman is that dude but they have to dangle him in front of the Cubs or some other contender who needs his arm and see what pieces they can get back. When this season is over Beltran, Tex, CC, Gardner shouldn't even get a seconds look. Send them on their way and see if you can finness a team into taking Jacoby as well. shyt, even McCann can go.

Deal with ARod one more year and eat off whatever bullsht milestones he gets along the way. Whatever it takes to finally get outta that contract.

this team needs a damn makeover already. No more aging vets.
