Some project that this bill will increase the debt by 6 trillion with little public good, how is that not more infuriating for you?

Because his algorithm told him that the stimulus that prevented the US economy from collapsing wasn't necessary, people just need to spend a couple years picking themselves up by those bootstraps and everything would be fine.
