Whenever I hear someone say, "Nas won the battle but Jay Z won the war. . ." I pray for them and I tell my peoples to pray for them.Proud veteran of the Nas/Jay wars reporting in.
As soon as that fukk Jay-Z hit we knew the war was over. That was the atom bomb hitting everything else was just all the shyt that comes after. Some dudes still suffering from radiation poisoning. I saw a lost soul in a Luda vs TI thread claiming the battle was even. I saw another brother trying to use "Takeover-ed" as an adjective. He looked lost and confused, I gave him a +rep, firm hug and a stern look in the eye and told him to man up and that we forgive him. He broke down crying and I haven't seen him since.
As a hardcore vegan/animal activist I do want to use this day to apologize to all the camels that caught strays because of this battle. The death of any camel is not a laughing matter, and just because one of their own tried going at the gawd doesn't mean we can write off the rest of them. I've known plenty camels who rode for Nas, and generally they're good people just trying to make it in this cold war.
