Although clearly Ohio had a toxic situation that extended beyond the court but still I don't see it.
The Cavs just got rid of Wade, Crowder, IT, Shumpert and Rose (basically all their dead weight) and replaced them with Hood, Hill, Clarkson and Nance.
Spurs don’t develop many players
They have a system that helps players thrive but nine times r not those players weren’t shyt before the spurs or after

looks like they moved on from proven dead weight to unproven but soon to be proven dead weight. A lot of those guys outside of Hill and maybe Hood when he isn't injured(which is almost never) aren't well versed in winning basketball.

Bad coaching is prevalent I agree
Organizations can suck and even a decent gm will look terrible. Same with rosters and talent.
