Weather won't be a problem. .. matter of fact you can get almost everywhere relevant in downtown minneapolis without even walking outside. .. just by using the skyway system. Light rail too...And while the twin Cities Metro is big downtown minneapolis is a good size. .. and the stadium is right downtown. . not 40 minutes away like in "Dallas"
