I hear you. However, Day assumed just because Fields is mobile and runs 4.4....he's Braxton Miller. Thats not the case. Although faster he's not the runner that JT was.

There were enough games to just fling the football around and if Dobbins doesn't get too many carries...oh well. They'll always have that in their bag.

Fields was one of the better throwing QB prospects to come out in a while. Day went about Fields development backwards. Now he NEEDS Fields to get to carry them...and maybe he will,but its not majority based on development right now. Just talent.

FWIW I had this problem with Jalen/Tua at Bama a couple years ago. Luckily Tua put together a great half.
