He uses photography to share his fascination with and stories from the Arctic coastline through the revelations of often new and unusual perspectives, for which he develops his own systems to achieve. Since Audun started photographing in 2009, his images have won a number of awards.

Dr. Piotr Naskrecki is an entomologist, conservation biologist, author, and photographer, based at the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard University. He currently directs the E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Laboratory at Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique where he trains a new cadre of Mozambican biologists and conservationists, and helps rebuild the park, which suffered during the recent civil war in that country. His scientific interests focus on the evolution of communication and sound production in insects and other animals, and the phylogenetic reconstruction of insect relationships.

He hopes that his images can in a small way open people's eyes to both the beauty and fragility of the natural world and impress upon them the urgency and importance of conservation to maintain the bounty of wildlife which is still left on our planet. His latest book, Savute: Botswana's Wildlife Kingdom, which was the product of two years spent in the field, was published in 2017.
