Definitely strongly thinking about getting one but 2 door cars come with issues for me 
I previously had a BMW 335i coupe and now have a Porsche Cayman. I have never ever wanted a Corvette before. I have never been interested in American sports cars. I am getting a C8 though. Going mid engine is a game changer and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I think the typical owners looks the starter pack images below. The C8 will bring in newer people to the brand. Going mid engine is a great next step. Short and lower hoods is also great for visibility. Their old grumpy target base is still gonna buy it along with the new blood. This car will have a frunk and a trunk behind the engine to carry luggage for trips. If the C7 was any indication of how the interior has been improved, the C8 will be amazing and should be based on the spy pictures I have seen. One last thing. C7's are on serious discount right now because people are legit waiting for the C8.

The right color, wheels and whatever visual “enhancements” people put on this car is going to make this bytch look like the 2020 Batmobile. For the price, what new car is touching it, to be honest.
would love to hear from people taking delivery what build quality looks like m, along with the paint and if there are squeaks and rattles. I’m already aware of the stitching issue along the passenger side above the dash, and for new car $ the shyt should be perfect.
This car got ALOT of people looking. Could only imagine what this monster would feel like at $85-90k with upgrades.

They have a poor reputation because Corvette was for old men with gold chains. The interior was always bad and it didn't have exotic looks. Chevy wanted to change that and they did with the C7 and now the C8. So the young guys will flock to the Corvette more
