In terms of policy, keep in mind that pretty much never in modern history has the incumbent presided over a major policy moment being the cause, and continuing to be the problem. The biggest policy point is COVID and all things start there by essentially doing the opposite of the incumbent.
One of Joe’s better speeches especially this cycle. His launch in Philadelphia last year was his other good speech this cycle.
He definitely wove some policy in the speech. Not specific but you don’t get it at the convention. The policy differences will be laid out at the debates. And Biden should do it on his ads the next two months.

This convention couldn’t have gone better. The speech was the icing on the cake. This election’s over, the only question now is margin and what will happen down the ballot.
