yeah the senate is complete bullshyt just like the electoral college, its crazy youll argue with conservatrives online and theyll be like "oh so NY and Cali should decide the election??!!" and im like ummm...yeah! why the fukk not we got the most people. no south dakota and florida and fukkin idaho should decide elections like now. these people always argue the exact opposite of logic

I live in NYC and yes the electoral college should be eliminated and there should be way stricter term limits for Congress. BUT I also hear their argument. It's tough to hear "you don't matter" just because you were born in Everyville, USA. They want representation and really I do think it is the wrong tact to shyt on them. When we built shyt and had strong unions across the country people from the midwest areas didn't sweat NY and Cali like that but since all that shyt is overseas their communities are less vibrant and their government is directly responsible and I understand they feel like they are owed something.
the thing is, im only asking for one person one vote, theyre the ones asking for special treatment and to artificially enhance their power. its not literally NY and Cali deciding it all. Someone is always going to lose and it shouldnt be the majority of voters. I agree they got left behind and Im against what happened with outsourcing but at the same time, a lot of them are just straight up racist and religious zealots and then even the midwest states were ok with overlooking racism, not all but thats what the majority in those states vote for. just like ny and cali, its not like we are 100 percent liberal, ive seen tons of racism living in NY, but majority we vote for dems.
The senate isnt the problem. The problem is that the House should have more reps.
