Dak became a passer over the years, just like Hurts. The comparison is fairly solid altho Hurts is more of a runner even still.



Part of that is Hurts offensive system and personnel. I hear you tho.

Yea Dak improved a lot when he got in the league, Jalen will have to improve as well. The comparison is definitely a good one

Dak was dinking and dunking at 8 ypa no one thought he was going to be a good NFL QB besides you lol. Jalen was at 12 ypa and a higher comp% and 80-20 TD-INT for his career compared to 70-23 to Dak, all the #s are better for Jalen. And Jalen improved a ton his junior year at Bama and made some nice throws including winning us a SEC champ game not garbage time at all that's why I included that.

Um once again a ton of really bad QBs have been paid premium money at that position so that doesn't really mean anything, and the Cowboys are super reluctant to give it to him(and haven't yet) and 99.9% of the fanbase wants him gone so yea. And I didn't say you were clueless I was actually giving you props for somehow seeing that Dak was going to be good lol. He went in the 4th round which is like the 6th/7th round for QB's, no one thought he was going to be as good as he is. Jalen is about to go higher than him because ppl think he is just as good if not better than Dak

Lol they are the same size and played in a spread/rpo offense the fukk are you talking about?
Btw this was the book on Dak coming out..

Footwork is a mess. Slight stride onto stiff upper leg with little weight shift. Restricted follow through and too often tries to muscle throws with upper body. Throws to target rather than leading or throwing them open on short/intermediate throws. Too respectful of underneath coverage and must be more willing to challenge the defense. Needs to improve anticipation. Increase in short pass attempts from 86 to 208 this year reason for higher completion numbers. Accuracy on intermediate and deep throws dropped sharply. Pocket poise has been compromised. Hyper aware of pressure around him and lacks awareness to slide and find temporary shelter to make throw. Concern over pressure too often trumps ability to get through progressions. Must speed up the pace of his reads.

All of Jalen's weaknesses have to do with recognition and not using his check down when his 1st and 2nd read aren't there. Once he starts doing that and just taking what the defense gives him he'll be a really good QB.

Jalen Hurts is the #1 QB prospect in this class. With that said, I think this QB class is weak. No reason in my mind Hurts can't be as good as Dak Prescott. He has more talent IMO. Just needs to land with a good team like Dak did with the Cowboys.

Hit big time on Josh Allen and Lamar being superstars in 2018. Got it right that Kyler was the only stud in 2019 and Haskins was the biggest bust. And in 2020 I got it right with Hurts being a Dak Prescott type.

If you would like to know I got Trey Lance being the best in the 2021 Draft over Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields.
