I would say he's a poor coach no matter who is at QB. A lot of Jamies INT's were flat out just terrible and stupid throws, but Arians doesn't help. His QB's are ALWAYS up there in INT totals. He throws players under the bus and thinks he's an offensive mad scientist. Don't like him..
