The coverage is 2 deep back safety has to stay outside nothing cheap and nothing deep

2 deep ain't enough in that case. They needed to be in quarters and have everyone 25 yards off the line of scrimmage. Don't even put the players in the position to make that mistake and don't even let Tannehill think throwing deep should be an option.
