It's far too early to write any rookie QB off. This is the issue with sports nowadays, people want to anoint and trash players right away.
Situations matter, a LOT, especially as an NFL QB. I'm very happy with Mac Jones so far, but I also recognize he has the GOAT coach and a great system to play in right now. He has definitely been able to sling it a little more recently, which has been great to see.
