Hol up so the pass is incomplete but they don't blow the play dead and dude running with the ball like jackass gets tackled by the face mask and a penalty on a play that was dead and the tackle shouldn't have counted for anything cause the play was dead but they hadn't blown the whistle.
How does it make sense to call a penalty in that situation. If you blow the play dead like they should have none of that goofy shyt happens
