the defender was on him at the snap of the play
he made a great move to avoid the defender. its just that he hit his arm.
plus it was going into half. panthers didnt get pts off it.
that pick was not reason they lost at all

Houston has to have some type of agreement with the league that they're just going to sit him, because I don't see how he's not on the Commissioner's Exempt List based on past cases. I think if a team traded for him and attempted to have him active Goodell would have him on the list, which would leave the Dolphins in the same circumstance of no QB.So with Tyrod Taylor out for Houston and Tua out for Miami, Deshaun Watson is definitely coming back right? Watson doesn't want to play for them, Houston wants to trade him, and Goodell wants to have an official position but none of them can act at the moment. Being inactive so he's out of sight out of mind feels like an off the record agreement between all three parties.
