If they really want to hire Josh McCown but worried about his experience, then why didn’t they just keep Culley for an extra year and put McCown on the staff to not make the hire look so bad

If y'all get the chance y'all should check out the Joe Montana documentary on Peacock. Episode 4 just dropped and it's been dope. I wasn't alive to see Joe Montana so a lot of the info in this documentary is brand new to me.
