Tough to say, but I'd have to go with the following:

Tannehill
Jimmy G
Carr
Cousins

I have to put Tannehill above Jimmy G as he's just flat out shown more in these past few seasons. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Jimmy G had a better season.

I can't put Jimmy G over Carr or Cousins, they've both had better years carrying a bigger load than he had to in the one season he managed to stay healthy.

Agreed. Jimmy been living off hype his whole career. Owes a lot to beli and SF defense

I could see him as an analyst on NFL Network in the future, but it’s great seeing him still live and breathe football through grounded avenues.
