If the Patriots don't go QB in the draft, what are the chances that Chase, Waddle, Pitts, or Smith would be there at #15 overall?

If not at 15, chances of any of them being available for a trade up to #10 overall? I'm basing this question on thinking they there will be three or four QB's going in the top ten.
There's really no way to tell, no one thought CeeDee & Jeudy would last until 15 & 17 last year but there they were.

Even if skill position players are the best prospects in a draft they tend to fall because they're always valued behind QB & OL/DL.

I'm not someone that is or acts like some draft guru, so I really have no idea. Even those that study is religiously are wrong quite often.

I have no idea what the Patriots will do.

-I could see them moving up for a QB
-I could see them waiting to see if a QB drops to them. I don't think one will outside of Mac Jones.
-Possibly waiting or moving up for Surtain?
-Moving back into the second round and getting another pick or two
-Trading their first round pick this year for a first round pick and then some for next year.
