I got a feeling the contending teams are tryna put stipulations to any offer that they’re giving him. Rightfully so. Rangers are so desperate for arms that they might be dumb enough to go 4-5 years at 45m+ per year and fully guarantee it. If that’s the case.. then he should sign.
