The new CBA doesn’t kick in fully until next season, only certain rule changes took effect this season
So if I’m not mistaken the new buyout restrictions aren’t going to be in place until next season
Joel to OKC is a hard sell for me. Just don't see it

Kyle Kuzma Considered 'Quite Valuable' On Trade Market If Wizards Look To Sell

Kyle Kuzma re-signed with the Washington Wizards this past offseason on a four-year, $90 million deal that is currently considered "quite valuable" around the league.
The Wizards appear to be sellers this season as they are firmly in the bottom part of the lottery and a trade of Kuzma could net them significant first round draft picks.
The value of Jordan Poole, however, appears to have dropped as he is in just the first season of a four-year, $120 million deal.
