If it ain't the Grammys, Emmys or Oscars this is usually the case. Don't just pick on BET awards for this.

Not true at all as MTV doesn’t have these type of issues getting to show up. For whatever reason, it’s the BET one that the issue arises.

Remember years ago Beyoncé didn’t think enough of the BET awards to show up, but had no issues doing it just a few weeks later for the MTV one.
