Some of the States mentioned such as Florida and Texas are bad for their government/politics alone because of how it impacts the environment, socially. Nobody is really yearning to live there unless personal circumstances calls for them to reside in those states.

Job offering or not, nobody is running to live in Alabama either, the only people who live in Alabama are the people who were born there no offense to all the bamas . Reminds me of Mississippi which surprisingly didn't make the list.

South Carolina is kinda the same as Alabama.

Most people don’t care about politics that will never affect them. Texas has 3 great cities fr, houston and Dallas of the most attractive cities to move to, Austin is also.
