For any of these guys who have their choice of HC spots, it usually comes down to three things:

- ownership: bad ownership is death
- control: he may want a lot of control over the roster/GM powers
- QB situation

Washington got the QB right, but he may have felt uncomfortable with the ownership group. Jags would be idea, Khan is very hands off with the Jags.

Slay my guy and I respect CJGJ for coming back from injury to help the Lions last season but...what the fukk is this shyt. This goes beyond the culture of modern players and podcasts...I legit think the Eagles culture is trash. The implosion last year, the inability of the vets to get the younger guys to change their habits, the coach being a joke....something is up. And nobody is gonna say it but Howie deserves blame too. A "talent over everything" evaluation process leads to shyt like this where you have a collection of basket cases, guys who don't work hard, and locker room drama. At some point CJGJ gonna call these dudes soft and it's gonna be a problem lol.

Synder sold the team last year but you are right he had no idea how the new owners were gonna be.
